Mountain View Guesthouse in Chiang Mai is a wooden guesthouse with balconies, set in a quiet garden. Located at 103-105 Sriphum Road, it sits opposite the historic Chang Pheuk Gate. The property has 30 air-conditioned rooms, each with a private bathroom and hot shower. Some rooms include a balcony, flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and electric kettle. The Storey Wing, built in 2018, offers garden-facing rooms with a waterfall view.

The onsite restaurant serves fresh Thai and Western dishes daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Breakfast options include pancakes, English breakfast, and Thai rice soup.
